Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AuditAI processes and how we handle it.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the website URL submitted for audit, email address (if provided), and firm context details supplied during the audit flow. If analytics is introduced later, aggregate usage data may also be collected.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to run AI visibility audits, generate reports, improve product quality, and communicate with users about their reports or service updates.
3. Data storage
AuditAI may store audit-related data in Cloudflare Workers KV, D1, and R2. On the client, temporary report data may be stored in `sessionStorage`. We do not currently rely on cookies for core audit functionality.
4. Third-party services
We use Cloudflare for infrastructure and runtime services, MiniMax for AI report generation, and may use Stripe for payments as paid workflows are introduced.
5. Data retention
Audit results are stored for a limited period required to provide the service and may be deleted on request where technically and legally feasible.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and additional rights under GDPR or similar laws.
